What is the ACR Practice Leaders website and why was it Developed?

In recent years, the ACR has been developing initiatives to further support radiology practices and their leaders as they face challenges in a changing health care environment. The newest addition to the ACR’s family of services is the ACR Practice Leaders’ website. The new site will provide the necessary tools and resources for radiology practice leaders to facilitate communication within the practice leadership group.

The website’s key feature is its vast and evolving library. Categorized by nine topics and more than 50 subtopics, this library will offer an astounding resource for both seasoned leaders and those just beginning the leadership track. The articles posted in the library will be updated constantly to better serve our members involved in practice leadership activities.

The website also features a forum encouraging direct communication between leaders. Experts in a variety of fields will host the forum, which will foster the sharing of perspectives and experiences on practice issues and challenges throughout the United States.
